Discover Sego Lily, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a loft in the Sunflower Skies retreat, minutes from Kanab, UT. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this home combines comfort and convenience in a beautiful desert setting. Amenities include our rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Sego Lily offers a bright and airy living area with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. The home features two bedrooms, plus a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder for those seeking a unique sleeping space. The home has two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Designed to sleep up to six with a cot for a seventh guest, Sego Lily also conveniently boasts a private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area. Parking is available to all on your own private driveway. You will marvel at the vibrant hues of Kanab's iconic red rocks staying here.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire home and a private patio space. The community amenities, including the pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground, are also at your leasure during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the tranquil Sunflower Skies retreat, Sego Lily offers proximity to hiking trails and national parks. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for relaxation, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.

Getting Around:
A car is advisable for exploring the local attractions and getting to Kanab. Sego Lily offers convenient parking, ensuring easy travel for all guests.

Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is seasonally solar heated/cooled. Opening and closing dates can vary based on sunlight and outside air temperatures. As a rule of thumb we anticipate the pool to close October and open April/May/June depending on weather patterns.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
